A Formula for Metamorphosis to co-create our New Earth and the Gaia Minute
A YouTube video Juliet Duff made in 2013, offers a template for learning to communicate and integrate into other cultures (perceived “others”) in five simple steps. This process requires a shifting of consciousness from an old story of how the world works, to a completely new one. The unfamiliarity requires you to be alert and present. The old pattern of judging becomes unhelpful as the criteria are new and yet to be discovered. As you open yourself to learning fresh, novel ways anything becomes possible. This has subsequently facilitated me to commune with other forms of life, such as Nature Spirits and the Elementals. Using this template for internal relationships within mind, body and spirit can also dissolve internal disrespect & disharmony. After the 8 min. video, the floor will be open for comments and discussion.
For the last fifteen minutes, Meenakshi Suri, will introduce and explain the background, power and process of engaging in the Gaia minute that was given to her by Swami Shraddhananda “Eli”.
