Open Space Harvest: Reflecting on World UNITY Week

Join us for an open and participatory gathering to harvest, reflect, and make meaning together as World UNITY Week comes to a close.
This session will use the spirit and practice of Open Space Technology, a simple and powerful way for people to self-organize around what matters most. There will be no fixed agenda in advance. Instead, the agenda will be created by those who show up, bringing their questions, insights, experiences, stories, and reflections from World UNITY Week.
Together, we will explore what this week has meant to us individually and collectively, what we have learned, what has moved us, and what wants to continue.
Open Space is guided by four principles:
- Whoever shows up are the right people.
- Whenever it starts is the right time.
- Whatever happens is the only thing that could have happened.
- When it’s over, it’s over.
It is also guided by one simple law: the Law of Two Feet — or, in our online gathering, the Law of Two Clicks. If you find yourself in a conversation where you are not giving or receiving value, you are invited to move freely. You may become a bumblebee, cross-pollinating between conversations, or a butterfly, taking space to rest, reflect, and simply be.
After our self-organized conversations, we will return to the whole group to harvest key insights, share reflections, and honor what we have experienced together.
Everyone is welcome. This will be a beautiful way to bring World UNITY Week to a meaningful close as we prepare for the Continuation Ceremony and the next chapter of our shared journey.
