The Changing Humanity’s Future Initiative is a joint undertaking by Humanity’s Team, Neale Donald Walsch, the Conversations with God Foundation, and many other global leaders who are taking up the challenge with us. Our mission is to elevate conscious living as the most productive and sustainable way of inhabiting the Earth. When you live consciously, you experience being part of something sacred and larger than yourself. You also endeavor to create a more fulfilling life, both for you as an individual, and for everyone on the planet, generating momentum toward manifesting a flourishing world for everyone for generations to come.

The intention of the initiative is to set a path for humanity to become fully conscious by 2040.

Neale Donald Walsch is a modern day spiritual messenger whose words continue to touch the world in profound ways. With an early interest in religion and a deeply felt connection to spirituality, Neale spent the majority of his life thriving professionally, yet searching for spiritual meaning before experiencing his now famous conversation with God. The Conversations with God series of books that emerged from those encounters has been translated into 37 languages, touching millions and inspiring important changes in their day-to-day lives. Neale has written over 30 books on spirituality and its practical application in everyday life. Neale is also Co-founder of Humanity’s Team. Neale has a home in southern Oregon where he lives with his wife, the American poet Em Claire.  They travel extensively throughout the world, speaking to audiences and sharing the messages of the Conversations with God material.

Ross Hostetter is a lifelong spiritual seeker, a path that was initiated by a near death experience followed by a profound opening into the Unitive Field that occurred while on an extended solo canoe journey into the Canadian Wilderness in his early 20’s. This and other experiences were
chronicled in Ross’s award-winning work of fiction, Keepers of the Field, An Invitation to the Unitive Life published in 2014.
Ross and his lifelong partner Mary have been involved in numerous spiritual undertakings, including co-founding an intentional community exploring Christian mystical experience, Co- founding the Integral Center in Boulder Colorado, creating court-annexed mediation in Texas as
a path to peacemaking, and engaging with and leading a myriad of intentional practice communities and groups. Ross currently works for Humanity’s Team as a strategic advisor.
Ross and Mary have been together for 37 years. They have raised three children together to adulthood, and currently live in Boulder, Colorado.

Steve Farrell co-founded the Humanity’s Team non-profit in 2003 with Neale Donald Walsch, author of the Conversations with God series, and is its executive director. He is a member of the Evolutionary Leaders Circle and contributed a chapter to their Nautilus Award-winning book, Our Moment of Choice. He lives in Boulder, CO, with his wife, Stephanie, their two young adults, and their dog Sadie.
