In addition to Events being hosted in Convergence Rooms, the WUW 2022 Open Space will host an OST Forum. Open Space Technology (OST) is a method for organizing a gathering, where participants are invited to focus on a specific, important task or purpose. OST is participant-driven and the actual agenda is mostly unknown until people begin arriving. The breakout discussions are created and facilitated by the people attending. The dialogue is documented and shared back out with the broader group at its closure. Here is the framing question for the OST session:
A framing question comes from a talk given by Dot Maver. Gary Malkin is adding a soundtrack to her words and we will provide that here has more background for this upcoming session.

OST works because it is fueled by personal passion and responsibility. It empowers everyone to bring their gifts and honors the natural emergence of the system. Come with an open mind and be prepared to be surprised! Here is some more background on how OST works. OST is guided by the Four Guiding Principles and the Law of Two Feet.
Principles of Open Space:
The Law of Two Feet means that at any point, if a participant feels they are not contributing nor learning, they can use their feet to go to another productive place. This is not be meant to be taken personally or to slow down the process. Here’s a short video introducing Open Space Technology: https://youtu.be/M_jhcvCYBbg
