This is an Introductory Event to ‘Embodiment as the One Heart’ and to what the practice is, and how it can be studied, learnt and adapted to your unique creative expression of unity. Depending on the number of people attending, it can be a webinar including practical demonstrations, and a Q and A ,or an experimental and participatory occasion, but even if the session begins to entail invitations to explore in embodied ways, you can also always be just a witness of the process if you prefer. I will ask any attendants though to be present with switched on cameras, because seeing you helps me to tune into the energy that is present, and to respond that and let the session’s unfolding be guided by that.

Now more than ever many of us hear nature’s call to deeply connect and restore our sense of the interconnectedness of all things. What is urgently needed at this time is nature-inspired action that enables us to work toward a regenerative future. We will be covering the importance of reconnecting and give some practical tips on different ways to do that.

Over the past 2 years there has been fear chaos and uncertainty. Build your resilience and confidence through connection. I will be talking about what is resilience and why it is beneficial to build resilience into your life and how you can move forward with confidence to connection with others.

Today with have a world where the disrespect for women and women’s bodies, is parallel for teh disprespect of the Earth and the environment, leaving us on the trajectory of mass extinction. Rape of bodies and resources from the womb of women, Womb of the earth and of the ocean are all done to feed the insatiable demands by corporate greed over human life.  We lack the respect for the Wisdom of women, of Indigenous elders, of healers and seers who have been sounding the alarms for decades forewarning us our actions without concern for consequences.  I will share about Sophia, Goddess of Wisdom, she of many names across many cultures; our need to honor women who hold up half the sky and are the key. Bringing the Divine Feminine in harmony with the Divine Maculine is is essential to our survival. I will lead us through a sacred process to awaken the Sophia who resides within.

Breathe, relax, you are exactly where you’re meant to be as you’re meant to be. Now that we know we all belong, Cousins, what would you like to do?
