Four Directions: From Ashes to World Peace
Room Description
Taken from the sacred indigenous medicine wheel, we will honor the four directions of life in this room: four elements, directions, seasons, ages. We will focus on Ukraine as a place for humanity to unite and rise out of the ashes through the power of peace and love. Two of our stewards are young Ukrainian refugees who will share their stories and those of others. We will explore the physical and spiritual interface between Earth, other humans and all animals of nature in the Ukraine and around the globe. Stories, teachings, prayers and ceremonies from all cultures and walks of life will be welcomed for inclusion in the room – on the Trello wall or live streamed. We will especially be welcoming indigenous contributions, youth voices and youth/elder connections. Building unity and joining the collective effort for world peace and healing is what we ask for everyone involved to hold in their hearts as they enter.
