BIO: Wane Rusagara was born and raised in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. After studying filmmaking, he moved to the Nakivale Refugee Settlement in Uganda to escape social unrest and violence. There he began documenting the struggles of refugees and eventually founded the Changia Africa Centre.
